Led the expansion of a peer provider model across 28 counties within three years, creating the Youth Health Initiative and launching enduring platforms including TeenSource and the Hook Up text messaging campaign.
Peer-to-Peer Health Model (The L.A. Trust)
Institutionalized a peer-led health model across school-based wellness centers, now embedded at every campus site and adopted by county and local entities to extend reach and impact.
The L.A. Trust Oral Health Initiative
Secured and led a multi-partner pilot addressing student absenteeism due to dental pain, demonstrating measurable improvements in child oral health and launching a district-wide initiative that became a national model.

Convened cross-sector leaders to design and implement a first-of-its-kind, HIPAA- and FERPA-compliant data system linking health and academic outcomes, enabling real-time measurement of impact across an $80M school-based health investment.
